Last chance to register: how to avoid failing with employee experience

HR magazine's next Lunchtime Debate will look at how to effectively utilise, communicate and generate genuine employee satisfaction with your employee experience investments.

A panel of experienced HR professionals will be joining editor Jo Gallacher for the discussion.

Jordan James Barry prides himself on bringing vision and authenticity to his HR delivery. He has been chief people officer at the Motor Insurers' Bureau since 2018, and over his career has developed a strong track record of supporting boards and CEOs in developing executive committees under a common purpose.

Joining Barry is Sharon Benson, who joined Senior Sunrise Living UK as HR director at the start of the pandemic in 2020.

Prior to her current role, Benson held senior positions leading people and culture change programmes at Studio Retail, Acorn Care and Education, and the Co-operative Group, becoming a specialist in transformation.

Shakil Butt, founder of HR Hero for Hire, will be adding an independent HR perspective to the panel, bringing an expertise in organisational development, executive support and diversity, inclusion, culture and ethics.
In partnership with LumApps, the webinar will explore:
  • How to define and set benchmarks for employee engagement
  • What types of investment HR are making in employee experience now, and where employee priorities lie
  • Implications of the ‘COVID-churn’ recruitment drive and steps to boost employee retention
  • Improving internal communications and culture’s role in engagement rates

Sign up now for your place to watch on 17 November at 12:30pm. Those who register will also be able to catch the discussion on demand after the event.
