Tune in to HR trends for 2022 and beyond

A panel of HR experts will be meeting at 12:30 on the 7 December to discuss the next steps for HR after a turbulent few years.

HR magazine editor Jo Gallacher will be chairing the latest HR Lunchtime Debate, hosted in partnership with employee engagement software provider Achievers.

She will be joined by Robert Bolton, head of the people and change Global Centre of Excellence at KPMG; Amina Folarin, the HRMI 2021 shortlisted global chief people & inclusion officer at marketing agency Oliver; and Jo Pick, people director at logistics firm Wincanton Operations.

Jon Maddison, managing director EMEA at Achievers, will also be joining the panel to provide a leadership perspective on people trends and speaking about the close relationship needed with HR to provide a well-rounded employee experience.
