Emma Leonis, LACE Partners, joins HR Lunchtime Debate on building trust

Emma Leonis, executive director for HR transformation at LACE Partners, has joined HR magazine's upcoming Lunchtime Debate: Laying the foundation for a workplace that works for all.

Covering how to lead with uncertainty, what human-centric organisations really look like and how to foster a culture of trust, Leonis joins a panel of three other people professionals for the discussion: Carol Frost, chief people officer at Metro Bank, Jo North, head of HR, people and engagement at giffgaff and Melissa Paris, lead people scientist at Culture Amp in EMEA.

Leonis is a seasoned HR transformation specialist. During her career, she has led global HR change programmes with clients across the private sector and financial services, focusing on optimising HR service delivery and enhancing the employee experience.

She leads LACE’s thought leadership into the future of HR service delivery and operating models.

Before taking on her current role, Leonis spent over 10 years at Deloitte as a senior manager.

She is passionate about HR and challenging, inspiring and motivating HR leaders to achieve more.
