HR lunchtime debate adds another new speaker

Group organisational development director David Frost has joined the panel of speakers for HR magazine’s lunchtime debate on why managing risk should be part of company culture.

Frost has been group organisational development director at fresh food business, Total Produce plc, for just under four years.

In this role, Frost reports to the group CEO and is responsible for global people strategy, organisation design, succession planning and talent development.

He has held executive and board-level HR roles in international businesses such as Carlsberg and Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO Logistics) and is a fellow at the CIPD.

He will be joining Patricia Meiring, organisational psychologist and people and culture officer, Daniel Peyton, partner at McGuireWoods London LLP, Caroline Smith, deputy general counsel, international at HireRight and HR magazine’s editor Jo Gallacher on the panel in December.

Together they will discuss how HR leaders can educate their teams on the risks of remote working without causing alarm or distress, and how managing risk can become a core pillar of company culture.

HR magazine’s lunchtime debate: Why managing risk should be part of your company’s culture will take place on Thursday 3 December at 12:30 GMT.
