Vicky Robinson joins the next HR Lunchtime Debate

Vicky Robinson, workforce strategy and culture leader at PwC, will join HR magazine's next Lunchtime Debate on the roadmap out of lockdown: where next for HR?

Robinson has been at PwC for the past 11 years and leads its UK workforce strategy and culture team.

She helps PwC and others to optimise, align and engage their people to create a thriving workplace. At PwC this has involved several priorities including adapting the firm’s people, skills, leaders and propositions for a digital age.

Robinson has also played a fundamental role in taking the learnings from the pandemic and the demand from PwC’s people for more flexibility to map new ways of working for its people and leaders.

The webinar, run in partnership with Advanced, will look at how important the HR function has been throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and how organisations and business leaders will continue to turn to their HR professionals to steer them into whatever the ‘next normal’ phase will look like.

The roadmap out of lockdown is an opportunity for HR to lead from the front, bringing employees and organisations together as a unified and profitable entity.

Robinson will join Marsha Dixon-Terry, career and leadership coach and organisational development consultant, Alex Arundale, chief people officer at Advanced and HR magazine deputy editor Beau Jackson.

The HR Lunchtime Debate will take place on 25 May at 12:30pm.

Further panellists will be announced in the following weeks.
