Speakers added to new webinar: Laying the foundation for a workplace that works for all

Carol Frost, chief people officer at Metro Bank and Jo North, head of HR, people and engagement at giffgaff have joined the HR's magazine's upcoming Lunchtime Debate.

The webinar will discuss how to lead with uncertainty, what human-centric organisations really look like and how to foster a culture of trust. 

Frost is responsible for all aspects of Metro Bank's people function and focuses on developing diverse talent and capability across every level to build on the bank's unique culture.

Her aim is to inspire colleagues to be their best so they can deliver a brilliant customer experience.

Before joining Metro Bank in 2020, Frost was HR director for Centrica’s consumer businesses.

Prior to that she held senior leadership roles across several sectors both in the UK and internationally and has a track record of challenging norms and innovating to deliver strategic people programmes.

 

North has worked at Giffgaff for just over a year and has worked in leadership development, talent acquisition and management, capability building, cultural change and employee engagement.

She has led people teams to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.

North’s career has spanned across a range of sectors including financial services, leisure and travel, telecommunications and IT infrastructure.

Both will join HR magazine editor Jo Gallacher, who will be chairing the discussion.  

The HR Lunchtime Debate, in partnership with CultureAmp, will take place on Tuesday 29 June at 12:30 BST.
