HR Lunchtime debate adds new speaker

Employment lawyer Adam Penman has joined the panel of speakers for HR magazine’s lunchtime debate inn December on why managing risk should be part of company culture.

Penman is an associate in the London office of US law firm McGuirewoods’ labour and employment department. He works on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and data protection law.

Penman will be joining Caroline Smith, deputy general counsel, international at HireRight and HR magazine’s editor, Jo Gallacher on the panel.

The webinar will discuss how HR leaders can educate their teams on the risks of remote working without causing alarm or distress, and how managing risk can become a core pillar of company culture.
