Marshah Dixon-Terry joins the next HR Lunchtime Debate

Marshah Dixon-Terry, career and leadership coach and organisational development consultant, will join HR magazine's next Lunchtime Debate about the roadmap out of lockdown: where next for HR?

Dixon-Terry specialises in change and transformation in a career that has spanned multiple sectors.

She has worked for a range of organisations including City of London Police, Homes England, NSPCC and Versus Arthritis.

With extensive experience in HR strategy, project consultancy and leadership, Dixon-Terry has a wealth of expertise on career and leadership coaching and culture change, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.

She partners with both individuals and organisations to facilitate and enable change that is purposeful, meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable.

Dixon-Terry has also worked with a range of people and organisations to achieve great outcomes, including coaching at all levels, working with leadership teams, culture development, talent development and succession planning.

The webinar, run in partnership with Advanced, will look at how important the HR function has been throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and how organisations and business leaders will continue to turn to their HR professionals to steer them into whatever the ‘next normal’ phase will look like.

Dixon-Terry will be joined by HR magazine deputy editor Beau Jackson and Alex Arundale, chief people officer at Advanced.

The HR Lunchtime Debate will take place on 25 May at 12:30pm.

Further panellists will be announced in the following weeks.
