The column is set to answer any and all challenging diversity and inclusion issues HR is struggling with. This can range from getting senior buy-in of new initiatives to how to resolve conflicts arising from difficult conversations.
It will be open to anonymous submissions questions and will be answered by D&I specialist Huma Qazi.
As former head of HR, global functions, at BP, Qazi is an accomplished diversity, inclusion and leadership consultant working across all sectors on D&I strategy, executive engagement and delivering greater impact.
She is also a speaker and facilitator on diversity and inclusion, HR, strategy, leadership and workplace culture.
