Evans has been with Pertemps since she left school 31 years ago, starting as a receptionist and working her way up.
She said: "I will be responsible for HR, training, quality and also compliance for Pertemps and Network Group Companies.
"I am most looking forward to having the opportunity to bring key business support functions together and working with the branches and the on-site teams to understand what services they need. It is always wise to be looking at improved and innovative ways of meeting the challenges of the business."
Evans moves up from the Pertemps recruitment partnership board to the Pertemps Ltd board.
