Tyson, who has more than 25 years’ HR experience, is joining from construction group Wates, where she was group HR director. Before this she was corporate HR director for Centrica for four years and has also worked at Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Capital in senior HR roles.
Tyson will be responsible for 5,700 staff at LV= and will head a team of more than 100 people.
