Sarah Jackson, chief executive of Working Families said: "The 2012 Top Employers for Working Families awards finalists have developed inspiring workplace policies to support their working parents, carers and flexible workers. These progressive employers clearly recognise the links between flexibility, employee engagement, wellbeing and high performance".

Julian Foster, MD of Computershare Voucher Services (CVS) added:"We're delighted to continue to support the Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards. Families are at the heart of what we do at CVS and our congratulations go to the shortlisted companies who put so much emphasis on the needs and wellbeing of their employees. With research recently published showing that childcare costs have risen again in the last year, anything that employers can do to support their employees in returning to work and caring for their families should be applauded and mirrored by others."
