The Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards 2011, sponsored by Computershare Voucher Services, recognise organisations across the UK who do the most to support their working parents and carers. Founded by the work-life charity, Working Families, the awards have been designed to recognise innovation and creative thinking in designing family-friendly policies. They also spread the word on best practice and encourage pioneering approaches to improving working lives and building business success.
