Top Employers for Working Families shortlist announced

Working Families has announced the shortlist for the annual Top Employers for Working Families Awards, sponsored by Computershare.

The UK-wide awards celebrate and showcase the policies and practices of employers who offer exceptional flexible and family-friendly workplaces. HR magazine is a media partner for the awards and editor Katie Jacobs sat on the judging panel.

Working Families chief executive Sarah Jackson said 2015 is a “landmark year” for the awards, as the “work-life and flexible working landscape is truly changing”.

“In the last 12 months we’ve welcomed the extension of the right to request flexible working to all employees and the introduction of Shared Parental Leave for new parents,” she added.
