Open to companies in the UK, the Best Early Careers Strategy category has been launched to recognise organisations that have a well-thought-out plan to help people get on the job ladder.
This could be through a young talent programme, or it could be for other groups entering employment for the first time.
Programmes must have been in place for a minimum of 12 months so judges can see evidence of success.

Shortlisted entries will be invited to attend the 2022 HR Excellence Awards for a glittering presentation evening at The Brewery, London on Tuesday 6 December.
