Autoglass staff to be rewarded for long service and loyalty

Autoglass has launched an employee long service programme to boost team morale.

The vehicle glass repair company hopes to retain staff by recognising hard work and loyalty throughout their entire term of employment.

The company is working with Michael C Fina to launch a website which staff, being awarded for long service, can use to select gifts including DVD players, digital cameras and luggage sets.

Nigel Howard, reward manager at Autoglass, said: "Autoglass is going from strength to strength and there is no denying it is our fantastic team that we have to thank for this. With this in mind, we decided it was time to freshen up our reward system and really show our appreciation.

"The programme enables us to offer staff a personal and exciting reward package and makes more of an event out of recognising loyalty, which is great for morale for the whole team."
