Care UK introduces employee recognition programme

Care UK has launched an employee recognition scheme to 900 doctors, nurses and administrators.

The provider of health and social care services is working with employee reward and recognition provider Michael C  Fina to implement the programme.


Managers from each unit within the organisation will be able to nominate employees from their team for a reward when they have demonstrated a job well done or gone the extra mile.

Michael C Fina has created a bespoke solution that means we can now ensure our gratitude as an employer is demonstrated with the same care as our staff demonstrate to patients and families.

The new programme has achieved this and, in addition to the range of high-quality gifts that staff can select from a dedicated website, Michael C Fina also provides all of the materials needed to help make the presentation a personal and thoughtful occasion."


Care UK works in close partnership with local authorities and Primary Care Trusts providing care and support for older people as well as NHS walk-in centres, GP surgeries and treatment centres. It also provides a range of specialist care and children's services.
