Arle Capital Partners has created a new HR director role, appointing Hilary Ellis to lead human capital strategies with both the senior management team at Arle and in partnership with management teams within Arle’s existing and future portfolio companies.
Nikki Zamblera, HRD of Debenhams, has been appointed to the operational advisory board of technology business, Blur Group, based in London. Blur runs a business-to-business service exchange, described as the ‘eBay for businesses services’.
Fiona Davidson has been appointed chair of HR networking organisation, the London HR Connection. She remains head of HR for Europe at Oaktree Capital Management.
John Ainley has left his role as group HR director at Aviva. Carole Jones, director of global HR strategy and organisational development, will be acting group HRD in the interim.
