Snow joined the accountancy and business advisory firm Baker Tilly in2005 as south region HR manager, before being promoted to deputy HRdirector. In her new role as national HR director she will beresponsible for all areas of strategic and operational HR, includingreward, recruitment, development, and people management. Snow has morethan 10 years' HR experience in professional services. Prior to joiningthe company she was HR manager at Grant Thornton, the charteredaccountancy firm.
