Harvey joins from mobile phone network Orange, where she was responsible for the company’s operations in Thailand, recruiting more than 2,500 employees over eight months.
One of Harvey’s key aims is to introduce a ‘smart working’ environment to Genesis, allowing employees to work more flexibly.
“Empowering employees to make choices about their working methods and environment boosts engagement, increases employee retention and creates happy and committed teams that want to grow and evolve the company they work for,” she said.
Genesis has expanded its workforce by 45% in the past year, and is currently developing plans to establish a smart working space, which will also house a purpose-built test laboratory.
