HomeServe appoints people director

Andy Wicken has been appointed people director at maintenance company HomeServe.

Wicken was previously HomeServe’s customer services and sales director. He joined the Walsall-based business in in 2012 after holding senior roles at Barclays and Orange.

Wicken said: “We want HomeServe to be recognised as a great place for people to succeed, learn and grow; a place where everyone is important, from the front line to the back office. We’ll do this by creating the environment to excel, investing in skills and training and continuing to recruit some of the UK’s brightest talent to our business.”
