HRMI 2022: Paul Taylor-Pitt, founder and creative change consultant, Metamorphosish

Paul Taylor-Pitt found his home in organisational development (OD) and is proud to be part of a worldwide community of practice that helps people and organisations transform.

In the OD space, Paul explored a gap he had identified in the support and development available to NHS OD practitioners. This led to the creation of Do OD, an organisational development resource for the NHS that helps OD professionals to connect, share, learn and grow.

Taylor-Pitt left his traditional employment in 2022, embarking on a personal and professional lived inquiry into the work of a free-range freelancer, and founded Metamorphosish a consulting practice, creative studio and change clinic.

He is a member of the advisory board for We Create Space, a collective of change-makers working together to empower LGBTQ+ communities. He hosts the HOPECAST podcast on spirituality and sexuality, and the forthcoming How to Be podcast, exploring how we make the world a more compassionate place. He also really needs to finish the book he started writing.

He lives in London with his husband where they are enjoying entering their middle-aged men phase together.
