Her aim is to help people deal with the various challenges they face in their working life and to develop strategies to effectively deal with them.
In 2012, Sebag-Montefiore co-founded 10Eighty, a strengths-based HR consultancy to focus on leadership and management development, career management and outplacement. This month 10Eighty celebrated its 10th anniversary having traded with 230 corporate clients and delivered in 52 countries worldwide.
Sebag-Montefiore trained as a career coach in 2008, and completed the Academy of Executive Coaching practitioner diploma in 2020. She has also volunteered as a mentor for the CIPD since 2013.
Over the last few years, she has appeared in publications such as Forbes, Raconteur and CNBC.
Sebag-Montefiore lives in Southwest London; she is an art lover, tennis enthusiast and mother of two young boys.
