He is the founder of founder of international non-profit institution Street Wisdom, which gives free education on how to use urban environments, and founder and managing partner of consultancy David Pearl Worldwide specialising in promoting creativity and social change in business.
His work has appeared the BBC, The Sunday Times, The Times, New Statesman, The Independent and The Telegraph.
He has written three books Will There Be Donuts, on the art of meeting, Story for Leaders, on the art of storytelling for business leaders and Wanderful: Human Navigation for a complex world.
Pearl lives in London and Piedmont, Italy with his wife and two children.
