She is currently director of workforce and OD at Royal Papworth Hospital. Prior to that she held director posts in Bedford Hospital and Cambridge University Hospitals.
She is vice chair of the NHS Staff Council Executive which has responsibility for developing and maintaining the pay framework for Agenda for Change staff and is also co-chair for the East of England HR Director Network.
She has worked in most areas of human resources and workforce and her particular areas of interest are large scale organisational change, pay and reward and equality, diversity and inclusion.
