Dent joined Princes 16 years ago and leads an HR team of 90 people providing HR services to a rapidly growing business with around 7,500 colleagues at 15 locations in the UK and overseas.
Keen to ensure the company takes practical steps to make Princes an inclusive place to work, Dent is responsible for spearheading various people-driven initiatives.
This has included a dedicated employer brand Our Princes – Our People, which contributed to Princes winning Employer of the Year at the Grocer Gold Awards 2021.
Dent was appointed chief people officer for Princes Group in April 2021, after ten years as group HR director. Before joining Princes, he was a regional HR manager for Trinity Mirror Group (now Reach) and, before that, HR group leader for Airbus.
