Dev Modi is a senior partner at Equiida, a leadership advisory business which helps to find, develop and grow senior leaders in the most ethical and sustainable way for leading brands.

Modi is the author of The Inclusive Leader Scorecard, which has received praise from business leaders and D&I experts alike for making the topic accessible, practical and relevant.

Over the last 20 years he has gained experience of working in-house and as a consultant with the world's largest global organisations such as the BBC, eBay, PayPal and BP.

Modi’s core areas of expertise are inclusive leadership, high performing team coaching and culture change.

He is a speaker and contributor to several professional bodies such as the CIPD, the Association of Business Psychology and diversity community WiHTL on the topic of inclusive leadership.
