The awards honour companies that show excellence in seven categories, including workplace initiatives for parents and schemes such as flexible working.
The financial services were well-represented, with Barclays and American Express taking one prize each. There were also awards for public service bodies, including the Scottish Government and Islington Council.
Sarah Jackson, chief executive of Working Families, praised the “inspiring policies and practices” of the winners.
“As we approach a new era with the extension of the right to request flexible working to all employees, it’s good to see that many employers are already reaping the benefits of offering family-friendly and flexible workplaces,” she said.
