Graves has 23 years' experience in all aspects of HR management and has worked most recently at DTZ as the head of HR for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before this she worked for 17 years in Marks and Spencer in various HR management positions across the UK. She says: "I look forward to working with the team to continue moving the firm's people strategy forward in new and exciting ways."
