We're calling on all HRBPs to take our 20-minute psychometric assessment devised in conjunction with an expert panel of current and former HR directors (form the private, public and third sectors) around what qualities they feel HRDs will need to tackle a highly uncertain, ambiguous and fast-changing future world of work.
With technology, Brexit, globalisation and the increasingly volatile nature of politics already having a profound impact, requiring HR directors to be more flexible, agile and innovative than ever before, this project will assess whether tomorrow’s HRDs are equipped to deal with such radical and constant change.
Our aim is not to investigate the technical skills needed as an HRBP, but current HRBPs' agility and resilience for example.
The assessment has been designed using Great People Inside’s customisable assessment platform. All psychometric dimensions used in this research are validated for the UK working population and have validation and reliability scores that exceed those required by the British Psychological Society.
We want HRBPs from any type of organisation, regardless of sector, to complete this. But please don’t complete it if this isn’t your role as we may not be able to share your report with you and your time and effort could be wasted.
When you complete, an individual report will automatically be sent to the email address you’ve used, providing you with food for thought on your future development. We won’t share your report with anyone else.
