The new benefit, which will be rolled out across Mills & Reeve's other five offices this year, is funded via a salary sacrifice arrangement and is designed to be accessible to everyone at £5.00 a month.
The screening, offered in conjunction with health screening company Screenetics, comprises a set of non-invasive tests with instant results, all carried out within a 60-minute session in the workplace.
The tests include an in-depth analysis of cholesterol, diabetes, body fat, cardiac risk assessment, a prostate blood test for men, and a full-body composition test, including a bone density scan to test for osteoporosis.
Employees will also have a lifestyle assessment and an action plan to help maintain good health, and will be able to access and track their results confidentially online.
Samantha Neaves, reward manager at Mills & Reeve, said: "Many people are too busy to take time out for regular health checks, but we are keen to encourage our employees to get and stay healthy."
