Fadzlun Sapandi, executive vice president HR at the logistics firm, said she was very proud of the achievement.
Speaking to HR magazine, she said: “It's a testament to the people-first approach we take to everything that we do. Being a great place to work for all is a guiding principle that runs through every aspect of our business, from how our managers lead their teams, to the clear career paths that are open to everyone.
“We've worked hard to create an environment in which everyone feels a strong sense of belonging, unity and pride in the business, and as a result we really do have a special workplace culture."
Great Place to Work certification is achieved by fulfilling the organisation’s stringent culture audit.
To be eligible for the World’s Best Workplaces list companies must employ more than 5,000 people around the world, and hit a high standard on the organisation’s survey of nearing 4.5 million employees.
For 2022 Salesforce, Millicom, Abbvie, Deloitte, Hilti, SC Johnson and Stryker rounded out the top ten.
Of the 25 companies that complete the ranking, 15 are certified in the UK by Great Place to Work.
