We look forward to continuing to play our role in championing the great people in the HR profession in 2015.
Next year will be a busy one for the HR magazine team as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of our HR Excellence Awards, which have now been recognising the organisations and individuals pushing the boundaries of people strategy for two decades. We also celebrate the 10th birthday of our HR Most Influential ranking, now seen as the premier list (and accompanying event) of HR directors and leading thinkers in the HR world.
We also have exciting plans to upate our website as we deepen our commitment to playing our part in helping to improve the standing of the HR profession in the wider business world and continuing to challenge both the profession – and ourselves – in the process.
We hope we can do our bit to help you make the steps forward you desire, be it influencing the board via our HR in the Boardroom network or helping you get on the career path to an HR director role through our new HR Future Leaders Forum or via our HR Jobs site (visit our special January promotion – only available until 5 January 2015 – and post your job now). And expect more new ideas from us in 2015.
