HR in the Boardroom is a pioneering board development programme created for HR leaders in collaboration with top HR directors.

Delivered by Steve Tappin, personal confidant to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 CEOs, and Wayne Clarke, one of the founders of Best Companies, which produces the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for ranking, the invitation-only programme combines one-to-one coaching with practical sessions, peer learning and networking.

HR in the Boardroom covers topics including connecting with the CEO, becoming a confidant to the board, winning the talent war in emerging markets and becoming an influential HR leader. 

We are now launching the 2014/2015 programme, which runs from September 2014 to June 2015. The programme is delivered over a series of full day quarterly sessions.

The inaugural programme included HR directors from organisations as diverse as
No 10 Downing Street/The Cabinet Office, RSA Insurance, River Island, Cafcass, Produce World and Amey.
