Davies's experience has been a blend of generalist HR and specialist learning and development roles and has been developed in several different leadership roles within BP, Croner (part of Wolters Kluwer UK) and more recently with the UK’s largest graduate recruiter, Teach First.
This combination of roles equips him with a wealth of experience in actively designing and building organisational cultures.
