She has also been non-executive director and RemCo chair at pub and brewing company Greene King since 2012.
Prior to Selfridges Weedall was group HR director and merger integration lead of Dixons Carphone, Europe’s largest consumer electronics and telecoms retailer, operating in more than nine markets, 2,500 stores, 40,000 colleagues.
Prior to merger between Carphone Warehouse and Dixons she was responsible for strategy and corporate communications alongside HR remit for Carphone Warehouse.
Previous roles have included HR and organisation change and effectiveness roles at Bupa and Whitbread as well as head of HR for stores at Tesco.
