On a global mission to unlock over one million conversations about race by 2025, her story has been featured in Forbes and she’s recognised as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices for 2020.
Daniels hosts the podcast Advancing Racial Equity 4.0, is the founder of Advancing Racial Equity conference, and vlogger to the tune of over 200+ videos and live broadcasts, giving advice and insights about the Black experience and what leaders and individuals can do differently to effect change.
Her international corporate HR leadership career spans over seventeen years, working within companies with turnovers ranging from £100 million to £2.2 billion; such as Caffe Nero, Greene King, Hobbs, Gala Coral, Carphone Warehouse, Orion Publishing Group and ArmorGroup (now part of G4S).
Prior to founding HR rewired in 2019, Daniels embarked on an MP Leadership Scheme with the House of Commons and Operation Black Vote. As a trustee and director, she has occupied previous roles for Kent & Medway Economic Partnership Board, and is trustee to Endeavour Mat and Women’s Aid (Bexley).
Daniels is the mum of two daughters and an enthusiastic amateur Crossfitter.
