Swanborough has been the HR lead for the successful integration of two major acquistions involving extensive stakeholder management. She is a strategic leader, a culture change innovator, an impactful coach for learning and development. She has delivered cross-organisation restructuring programmes and resourcing strategies building talent pipelines. She is a pension trustee chair, Remco chair, and speaks at workshops and conferences.
Before her role at Snacks Kolak, Swanborough was HR director at Whitworths, HR director Northern Europe at General Mills, rising there from previous roles as HR director for General Mills' UK & Ireland and UK, Ireland & Nordic Region divisions.
