HRMI 2021: Kerry Nutley, Western Europe Customer Strategy Director, Oracle

Nutley is the Western Europe strategy director for human capital management, finance and customer experience at Oracle. She works with business leaders, influencers and consultants in HR and IT to define and understand the future of work and the role of HR within it.

She has a passion for bringing HR leaders together to discuss topical HR challenges and to learn from each other through forums such as Oracle’s HR Leaders Dinners and Tomorrow’s World Conferences. She also willingly shares her insight and experience at other HR cross-industry panels and events.

Prior to joining Oracle, Nutley was HRVP for BT Global Services and Consulting Manager at Deloitte. Her career has focused on delivering complex digital and behavioural change, and she has a proven capability of doing this across different business functions including HR, sales, and operations.

Nutley is a globally published author on How to lead through M&A using 20 easy insights. She also co-chairs Oracle’s Neurodiversity Network and leads Oracle’s Parents of Dyslexia Community for customer and Partners. Outside of work she is an enthusiastic apiarist.
