She has been voted one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers in the world since 2015 by HR Magazine, and has won the Croatian Woman of Influence Award, an Honorary Award from the Leadership Awards, and the CMI Management Articles of the Year Award, among others.
Before joining Hult Ashridge, Hlupic held various academic posts at the University of the Arts London, Birkbeck College University of London, the University of Westminster, Cass and London Business Schools. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics. As a professional keynote and TEDx speaker, she regularly presents at major business events worldwide, including events hosted by the Houses of Parliament and the European Commission.
