Whitter is the Author of Employee Experience (2019) and Human Experience at Work (2021). Reaching over 18 million colleagues through his writing, research and speaking, he is frequently recognised as a leading figure in the EX movement. Whitter is the CEO of HEX Organization, which supports some of the world’s leading brands in developing their holistic, human-centred and experience-driven capabilities.
