Whitter is the Author of Employee Experience (2019) and Human Experience at Work (2021). Reaching over 18 million colleagues through his writing, research and speaking, he is frequently recognised as a leading figure in the EX movement. His work has been featured by The Times, The Economist, BBC, The Financial Times, and others. Whitter is the CEO of HEX Organization, which supports some of the world’s leading brands in developing their holistic, human-centred and experience-driven capabilities. He has spoken in over 30 countries.
As of August 2021, Whitter is currently shortlisted for the prestigious Distinguished Achievement Talent Award 2021 by Thinkers50 for his exceptional and ground-breaking contribution to management thinking over the past two years.
