Having guided the organisation through this change he is now responsible for leading the strategic development of staff capability, performance and engagement.
Josephs spent a long and varied career with the international leisure group Wembley, including as HR director of Wembley Stadium. He was formerly a professional cricketer, has a degree in English and history from London University, and a diploma in HR management.
Josephs is a fellow of the CIPD.
