Andy Doyle, chief HR officer, WorldPay

Andy is commercially-focused, having spent his career in a variety of HR and general management roles

He has a strong background in organisational change and business transformation. Doyle is chief human resources officer for Worldpay Group where he has overseen the people agenda for the last four years. He has supported and enabled the development of the business as it transitioned from a successful private equity ownership to a FTSE 100 company. During this time the business has demonstrated double digit annual growth and the HR function has been at the heart of the cultural transformation and engagement of colleagues.

Previously he was group HR director at ITV and supported the transformation of the largest commercial broadcaster in the UK. Prior to working at ITV Doyle held a series of HR and general manager roles in the technology, construction, real estate and leisure sectors.

He has a broad non-executive background having served on the boards of Middlesex University, a large housing association, an industry regulatory and a charity. He is currently a trustee of Loughborough Students' Union.

He is a graduate of Loughborough University, a charted fellow of the CIPD and a chartered director.
