Her responsibilities include the development and delivery of the HR strategy, and the development of the LTA's talent and succession plan for all staff.
Williams was previously HR director for the business and industry division of contract catering service suppliers Compass Group. There, she developed and delivered the company's first online training programme for new starters and an award-winning apprenticeship scheme.
Williams said: "I am tremendously excited to be joining the LTA at an exciting time for British tennis. Our role will be to ensure we are helping colleagues reach their full potential to deliver the programme of change that the LTA is undertaking."
