Prior to joining Ocado, Flint was senior HR manager at HMV Group. Her role included partnering with key stakeholders and line managers in the commercial, marketing and e-commerce teams in order to engage them in the HR agenda.
Flint's previous roles have also included HR manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, where she held the position for over five years. At the museum she managed the operational HR team and also casework, including disciplinary and grievance, performance management and attendance issues.
