This year marks the 13th anniversary of the awards, which is proving to be one of the most hotly contested ever.
The award categories include employers, job boards, recruitment agencies, publications and employment advice websites, as well as the Wooden NORA for worst website.
Following nominations, the NORAs shortlisting panel assessed all sites, from the perspective of a job seeker, to produce their line-up of finalists. A separate judging panel will now deliberate to decide who this year's winners will be.
Stephen O'Donnell, chairman of NORA, said: "They say that competition is the best catalyst for invention, innovation and progress. In the thirteen years of the NORAs, I don't think I've ever seen competition in this market to be as fierce as it is now."
The awards will held at a prestigious venue in central London on the 12 November. Winners will be unveiled on HRmagazine.co.uk.
