This year marks the twelfth anniversary of the awards, which is proving to be the most hotly contested ever. Nominations launched on Wednesday 4th July, and ran till 8th September. This year, it received over 164,000 nominations for 583 seperate recruitment websites.
Stephen O'Donnell, chairman of NORA told HR magazine: "The winners this year have shown confidence in the job market.
"There's a definite mood of optimism among everyone now regarding the latest job figures."
