Naylor joins Appleby from Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a global provider of environmental, health and safety, risk and social consulting professional services, where she served as HR director UK and Ireland for the past four years.
Naylor's appointment concludes a round of senior management changes at Appleby, following a revamp aimed at broadening the management team's strategic mandate.
