He reports directly to Peter Hendy, London's transport commissioner. Douglas was formerly HR director, international at Cable & Wireless, and held various HRD roles at Shell.
Frank Douglas has joined Transport for London as group HR director
Douglas, who is responsible for delivering HR strategy and services, joined Transport for London (TfL) last month from Scottish & Newcastle where he was HRD.
