Coppard will also be responsible for the Autoglass National Skills Centre in Birmingham, which provides technical, and health and safety training to technicians.
Coppard was previously HR director at IDH, the largest corporate dental practice in the world. She has also been HR director at Lloyds Pharmacy and held HR roles at Argos and law firm Linklaters.
